My wife has been talking with Sally every other day so at this stage itd be best to leave them to it I think. Although the package hasnt made it thru as yet Sally has said if it didn't make it thru this time she would send it again so its all good.Do you still require some assistance on this issue?

Sorry for that. The 7th of January was when your re-send was authorised, but it did not actually despatch until the 14th of January. There was a huge backlog after Christmas and the re-send was pushed to the back of the queue.
I suspect what the agent you spoke to actually meant to say there was that it was sent to the back of queue in error. It's certainly not our policy to downgrade the priority of resends deliberately. There may well have been a hold-up due to inbound stock from a supplier arriving due to the holiday season.@ thebonzaseedbank

Dang man what's happening with your stuff. Is it stealth ship? If not they should upgrade it to help ensure delivery to save cash on there end.so its now a month after the "re-send" which means its obvious its not going to make it but we have to wait for 30 business days for the next re-send which takes it out till the last week of Feb, thatll be over 3 months since purchase...i can fully understand that getting thru customs is out of Bonzas control and not there fault...but the 30 business days wait is frustrating as the 7 or 8 days of Christmas/New years holidays didn't count and then the extra week of it being in the queue is going to push this out to Easter ...im think I'm going for some sort of record

I understand you have a 30 business day policy but surely an exception can be made when its been over 3 months since purchase.
I totally understand that an interception isn't your fault but I would really appreciate it if you could work with me on this

so after 1 month+ after resend there is still "every chance" ill get my "not an interception but a non-delivery" and if not they will authorise a re-send either on the 24th or the 29th which depending if it gets put to the back of queue could be despatched 7 days later
good experience??? ...im starting to wonder... I know my wife is certainly getting sick of the BS tbh
