Oregon’s governor has signed trailblazing legislation that will raise the minimum wage to nearly $15 in six years and do so through a three-tiered system that has not been tried anywhere else in the country.

So I wonder when it hits, those making 15 an hour today for skilled jobs, will they be making low 20's?

A couple flipping burgers can now have a combined income of close to 60k a year. Thats awesome! Now businesses can start raising their prices and and make more money!

People are ignorant if they think otherwise. I raise prices across the boards first of every year and we do not offer discounts or deals until April. Why? Tax season ballers, that's why.

"Flipping burgers" seems to be the default occupation to disparage of those who oppose a living wage. I often wonder if those who oppose are really just bothered by the fact that those "flipping burgers" will suddenly be making as much money as them. Why else would it bother you?

You are a fews days late with the big news. I brought it up to London a few days ago and he clammed up a little bit. I don't know why it was a sore subject with him. I asked him how much more he was going to charge for laundry to make up for the wage increase and thats when it felt like he clammed up and mumbled something about living in a different state or something. TRUMP!
