This plant is thirty five days or five weeks into flowering.

I recently gave this plant 4ML of Dyna-Gro Bloom and 4ML of Cal-Mag in 1.5 Gallons of tap water PH'd to 6.0.

The medium is coco coir mixed with perlite and is very wet.

My plant is starting to yellow badly and I'm afraid it won't make it to harvest. What should I do from here to help my plant recover?

Bagseed in a 3GAL Smartpot under a 125W CFL.

Yeah, underfed or overwatered.. How far from harvest do you think?

Are your watering practices good? You wait till its pretty dry between waterings?

Having you been taking it easy on nutrients? Giving medium or low doses? Or have you fed aggressively?

Your plant needs to be fed more. And you check your ph after you've added the stuff to your water... (your wording wasn't clear there)

Lack of light causes yellowing as well, 125 w cfl won't give her what she needs imo, I'd add more lights, also feed daily doses in smaller amounts, say a litre of nute feed per day, then a solid runoof leaching every 4th feed cycle, remember, light is the food, nutes are the multivitamins that help process the food, hope she perks up for ya

OK.

When you say a liter of nute feed do you mean a liter of water with my nute feed in it?

The light is being fixed today, I just received my 250HPS system!

Make sure you keep a fan blowing between the light and your plant tops as well, don't want to burn them
