Getting rain water for clone to 1 gallon transplanting.

I will be moving the girls into Foxfarm Ocean Forest this week. Using clear "cracked" clear cups inside solos is allowing to view the roots. I can see a couple streamers from Durban Poison n Blue Dream. Pretty Cool still learning.

Good idea to use the clear cups. The clones are looking good.

Are you going to be growing in your yard, or is a covert grow op?

Hey Larry.
I learned from this community, the clear cups in the red solos will allow viewing of the roots.

I waited till I saw a few roots on each hugging the clear plastic to move into 1 gallons.

I also moved them to a more spiritual space (lol) to get as much sun as possible.

Thanks for all the help!

Thanx Larry!
I'm going into the 5 gallon smart pots.
Their only getting about 10 hours of "direct" a day. I'm thinking thats the cause of early flower.

Not sure with premature flowering if I should trim em' up and make a stoney shake or start new clones and seeds.

I topped some of mine that were showing early flower. Not sure if it will slow them down even more or not. I left some, just to see what they would do. And I'm going to be cloning and popping more seeds going forward.

I meant how long is your day? In other words, how far north or south are you? Down here in NW Florida I have 12 hours 30 minute days, but the length of visible light is 13 hours 19 minutes. You need at least 13 1/2 hours a day to keep them in veg. I'm thinking the sprouts I have up now will be alright.

10 hours a day is great sun. Very few of mine will have that kind of exposure.
