Just Natural Potting Soil

I was just checking out what they had at Lowes, since a good shop is over 2 hrs. away. I saw this. Just Natural brand. It has peat, composted forest products and/or rice hulls, and lime in it. Any opinions, or experiences ?

I opened a bag at lowes or walmart and it was straight clay. Next time you're there poke a hole in one of the bags and have a look.
