White spots on leaves

Hey guys,

I got a few clones from another guy and they had this white stuff on the leaves, it got better and i didn't think anything of it. Now 9 days into flower this white stuff returns and is everywhere on all the leaves including the mother.

Is this feeding or a fungus or what? Kindly help identify what this is and advise a way to fix this?

Apologies for the poor pic quality.

I swear I see tiny worms in that last pic.. But I am tripping balls at the moment, so who knows..

Best advice I can give you is to kill it quickly and get it out of the garden..

Looks kinda like leaf miners..

But do you see what I am saying.. Looks like larva QuickMemo+_2016-03-10-03-09-19.png

But always start with the healthiest plants possible.. If anything starts off bad it gets tossed in the trash

I'm trying to get my buddy to take some better pictures. I have no clue wtf this is.

Never putting someone elses clones with my plants again.

I see what your saying about the larva but irl it doesn't look like that.

Cool here is some more pictures not really better though.

Get the leaf under a loupe or a microscope and have a good look, these things can be really small...

he just had a closer look at the plants with a magnifying glass.

There is definitely some kind of pest.

He describes it over the phone as fucking tiny white larvae looking things

Can fungus gnats or spider mites do this to your plants?

edit: Its mainly on the stems of the fan leaves and the main plant stem, but i geuss they make their way to the leaves aswell.

Pretty sure you're looking at thrips. The best thing to use is Monterey garden insect spray, or something with spinosad in it. Adults can fly so spray all your plants even if you don't see damage. They're pretty easy to get rid of
