Need an estimate

Hey guys. This is just a bagseed I had and its been in flower for maybe a few weeks. Not really sure. But I have no idea how long I should flower this guy for. Under 400w hps. I'm using Envy A & B nutrients with some Awesome blossoms in recently like almost every watering. Temp stays around 85-90. Been a pretty non chalant grow. Thanksss

Best to get a scope and look at the trichomes .... You want 80-90% milky and 10-20% Amber ...... If j had to guess just by the picks I'd say at least 4-5 weeks to go

looks sativa dominant to me. another month or so. you cant truly tell until the trichs are milky/amber

Grab yourself a cheap loupe at least 30x and check the trichs foe when its done

...I was just curious...you say it is best to look at the trichomes, which is true. But you can tell by those pics that it needs 4-5 more weeks? HMMM..I cannot tell from those pics what percentage of milky and amber triches there are. maybe you see something I can't??

Same here...how can you say 1 month? That plant could be mature already. without SEEING the trichomes you cannot tell how mature a plant is.

To the OP...get a good magnifier and take a look. She may be close, or far, or done...who knows at this point?

I agree it looks like another month or so. Those buds do not appear to have began to bulk up yet.

HMMM...I say exactly 3 weeks, 4 days, 2 hours, 51 minutes and 37 seconds she will be max mature. SO, be ready for that moment! If you wait 1 second longer...You've blown it! Plant will be over ripe! SHHHEEEEESH!!!

I swear with that 30x its pretty hard to see. I'm all shaky holding the scope and doesnt help when the fan is blowing the buds lol

I've got a 30 and a 60. Sure the 60 is better. But my 30 works fine also

Well, I agree that photoperiod and genetics can alter finishing time in phenos. Some plants may finish in as little as 6 weeks where others of the same strain but genetically different may take 8 or 9 weeks. But we do not know how long it has been flowering...even the OP apparently does not even know. It appears the pistils are pretty white at this point...that all can change in about 2 weeks can't it? I am pretty darn sure it can. If the op does not get a decent magnifier and check the trichomes it could very well over ripen in another month...could it not?

I said a month as a general guidelines to start checking trichomes. The bud development looks like it as a while to go thats all

hmm was it a bag seed from a grateful dead concert ? that`s really important to add or not add

you can start to fade them now or see what they look like in 2 weeks

I`d say 2 to 4 weeks and you should be ready but you have to judge how they are growing and how they are aging as its a bag seed you have no idea if they shoot off later and will give you a 2nd bloom or not if you use shooting powder or triacontanol
