Yip. No need for intake. My tents have a screen across the passive intake vents. You could put a stocking over yours to keep bugs etc from getting in.

Ok... My tent has screen too .... But I keep them covered to keep light out and I'm not around for a few hrs when light comes on .

Put fan on top of tent sucking out the air through a carbon filter.. Place filter intent so it'll be filter ducting out the top to your inline fan sucking air out usually inside the tent they have straps to tie around your filter that's coming in from top of tent
Yes , I have a phresh filter and fan in the mail for exhaust ... I'm just concerned about intake air .

Ok, see my tents are in a basement room. So it doesn't matter.

If I was you I would then just close those ones up and there's probably a vent hole you can attach ducting at the bottom. Just get some UV rated ducting, attach it in and just run it around a u shape so light can't get in. Maybe put a stocking over the end to stop bugs getting in.

That's what I did put a 4 inch flex tube coming in bottom bent it 45* and zipped a black tank top over it so light from other tents can't get it now problem solved plants are doing great.
