I checked out as a guest, never had to jump thru hoops to get my conformation/tracking before, I just signed up for an account though

:eyesmoke:Ok I got to the bottom of why my tracking wasnt here yet, when I placed my order I put the first letter lowercase and should have been capital, after contacting substrate with my correct email they sent tracking to me again,,I wasn't getting it b/c I put email in wrong, it was my fault and they was very helpful straightening out and problem solved early this morn...I will shop again soon and order with confidence :hump:

I placed a money order on the 30th and it states when you checkout that you'll be emailed an invoice, never got one. Got an email 3 days later asking me if I still wanted the beans because orders are cancelled after three days of payment shipment isn't sent. I was like, I was waiting for an invoice. Ended up swapping my payment to cc and got my tracking number 24 hours later. Waiting on the delivery now.

Nice kmog33, was just commucation error like mine kinda...,glad u got it worked out and getting ur order in , let us know what freebies u end up with, on my order I knew it had to be something on my part and glad it was easily solved they was very helpful :eyesmoke:

Well I had to do it....I was actually more interested in the mosca old time moonshine so I got a pack of both. I've got a bean addiction for sure.
