mhh my order already been in transfert i think this is the last time for me site down= busted hope im wrong but after firestaxx and tdt both have been having the same issue the result was the same ... busted

Man I hope not... I had to send effing seeds back to them and they got there on Friday ...was kinda pissed about having to send beans back to them for their fuck up

mmmmmmm things are starting to look decidedly suspicious, i note now ive got 2 different emails sent on 2 different days from substrate stating 2 different tracking numbers, none of them recognized by usps, emails were sent on 22nd and 24th...ohhh well im glad i only ordered 1 pack of mosca, im not counting on getting those beans now...cannazon was my last dud bank that never delivered 6 mths ago

I'm not gonna panic yet since the site has only been down for 2 days and they acknowledged it and said nothing was wrong...but still I am super sketched out since I sent beans back to them that arrived on Friday and the timing is just really fishy. Prolly won't be a repeat customer there. Sent a few emails over the past few days...total silence

Would be real bad for in-house if they lost substrate as well as green line...I honestly don't mind tdt had fairly smooth transactions with them....still hoping substrate pulls through here

yeah would be bad day for them...I been buying at TDT since they first open ngr an seen the first drop from in house....seen it all as I'm sure u have....when TDT went down for a couple weeks rite after New Years, then substrate spawned,then these others gettin stocked by in house while TDT sat empty on in house stock.....now Ur gonna see them turn back to the team that gave them there following....just my .02

I placed my order from substrate on 3/18 and had a tracking number within 24 hours...I didn't do anything special like requestt it or anything

You'd think they would post something on ig or fb about what's going on.....not looking good,and to disappear over a holiday wkend when there was a promo to advertise and bank on...just doesn't add up ,if it was web problems they would put info on ig by now
