Sounds like a great reason to bump the house up to 400 amps! Get some more lights in the grow room as a bonus. Lols
A new kitchen remodel is the bait I used to entice my wife into letting me squirrel away every spare penny towards a new roof & kitchen, so I can pay cash for the Tesla & then get a remodel loan & I won't have any car payments(:.....or something like that.o_O

Getting my roof done this week myself! Tdub was a big help with info and stuff for me. You probably already know your stuff but if not he may be able to help out.

We're paying about $1.78 per gallon right now, what about Cali? I'm sure quite a bit more. Same with getting a roof done, bet there are a ton of regulatory hoops to jump thru that push the price to crazy levels. Around here a general one layer asphalt shingle tear off and replacement for an average size, walkable roof pitch, 1500-1800 square foot home you're looking at somewhere in the neighborhood of $8K-$10K.

About a buck more for gas here. I wish my roof was that low, gonna be more like 25k for my roof.
