We don't get a lot of tile roofs in KY lmao, but I have been in on a complete Spanish tile roof once 20 years ago. There are maybe 10 tile roofs in the entire county here lol, with a lot more several years ago which converted to asphalt and metal. I don't do complete roofs anymore, haven't in 10 years, but I have laid more shingles in my time than my share. It beats the shit out of my other career choice, retail management.

40-50k for a kitchen ? Glad my best mate is a cabinet maker he done my kitchen for 8k..is the kitchen lined with gold for that price ?
were gonna redo everything in the kitchen, floors, cabinets, appliances, all new plumbing for entire house & new electric for entire house including (hopefully) solar panels on the roof. We have a 100 year old house & everything could use an upgrade. I'm not sure $50k will get it done..

My house is only 12 years old, but about 5-6 years ago we added on thinking the wife's brother might have to live with us. A room upstairs and three on the main floor. The whole house was only $120K, but the addition was $60K. It always cost more to remodel.

I love living down here in the sticks. Everything is cheaper, except maybe Dank.
