So i have had my plants growing for about four weeks. I dont really know what i am doing but if anyone could help i would appreciate it. I got some seeds from a friend which where not anything special. I put 15 in a wet paper towel and got 4 to crack i left the first one in the paper towel way to long and the stem couldnt support the weight of the leaves and fell over. I am now left with one that looks really good and one that is small and one that has some white on the leaves. I water them every two days, no fertilizer because i dont want to fuck them up and my freind said turn the lights on 18 on 6 off. I made my closet into a growing room i bought a shop light with two long halogen bulbs in it and four of though clamp lights which i put energy efficent bulbs in. The plant with the white leaves has been that way since it started. I want to use fertilizer. I bought fish fertilizer which i have used on regular plants before and it works great but i have heard stories about people killing their plants before i will try to post pictures once a week thanks for any help! It's amazing to me that all these are so much different looking even though they are in the same exact conditons.

well you didnt fu*k them up yet, if you have halogen lights in their take them out, and if ur energy efficent lights are florecent then that is ok but your gonna need more light as they get bigger, also you might want to buy a ph tester for your water. good luck

that is ok, but dont fertalize yet or give them like not even a quarter of what you sopposed to put in, see how they like it before you do it again, usually when they start gettin a bit yellow more then thats when you start feeding them more, just dont burn them.. umm you cant tell the sex until a bit longer or when you 12/12 them.. peace

Ok for soil Use FoxFarm and for nutes during when it produces buds give it FoxFarm Tigerbloom, Do not give it any Nutes during Vegging which is when the plant developes leaves because it is still growing and just a new born. However during flowering when it does produce buds then you give it nutes and use FoxFarm Tigerbloom.

Also for the light cycle's use 18 hours of light and 6 of darkness during the first 7-8 weeks. After the 7-8 weeks if you're plant is starting to produce buds then use the 12/12 schedule which is 12 hours of light and 12 of darkness. So you do not screw up the light cycle's I would get a Timer.

Also you will need a 400W HPS Light in order to grow anything.

Also I see you're reflectors in the background and I hope to god that is not foil because it looks like it and it will burn you're plant.

there looking good. what kind of soil are you using? you probably dont need fertilizer if your using comercial soil. you may be doing more harm than good if your using fertz this early.

Yes they are looking good. You are doing well so far. As for nutes, I would wait a bit more. And when you do start them, ease them into it like neo said. You have to increase your light too to harvest if you want a decent yield. Do you have a fan in there, exhaust or ventilation?:peace:

If I put Fish Fertilizer in my fish thank, Will that stunt the growth in the fish?

I bought maricle grow soil just the regular shit from wal mart.....thanx for the advise on the soil. I cant really afford HPS but I think I am going to get some more of those clamp lights soon. I am using a plastic relector that I got out of a first aid kid but some foil in spots that were not covered ill take it down if you see that as a prob. My plants are growing pretty slow I have had them planted for about 6 weeks and 1 of them for 4 weeks. I am going to post some new pics soon. I my plants are really bushy and kind of small so I might put the light farther away to make them taller I heard that helps?

You can find good lights on ebay..just look under hydroponic grow lights..as for the "No Nutes" I am not so sure about that..I would start them on nutes within the first three weeks of growth...just a quarter strenght.
