Having a full staff already, and then being forced to change for the PC crowd not only pisses me off but the guy I had to let go as well. Not hiring at the time.

first of all, what you are describing is prohibition of racial discrimination in the workplace. that falls under civil rights, not political correctness.

second, no one here believes you can even get hired yourself for any job, much less get enough work where you have to hire anyone else, much less 7 people.

i started this thread just to draw out the mild racists who hated political correctness, but you went and stated how much you hate civil rights laws that prohibit racial discrimination.

you outfoxed yourself with your own massive stupidity.

He didn't do anything wrong if ignoring the concerns of your students isn't wrong, and he was absolutely fired. They allowed him to resign to save face.

Am I really seeing this? Someone being blatantly threatened with an attack on his real life for expressing his beliefs (which are objectively fairly ignorant, but that's beside the point) on what is supposed to be an anonymous website? Totally unacceptable in every way and what you're doing is not only highly unethical but also very much illegal on a federal and probably state/local level, depending on where you live. I implore you to reconsider your statements here and delete your posts.
