Well the weather was shit today. So I decided to stock up on some random shit I use out in the bush. I bought a brand new pitch fork about 3 feet long. 12 pack of Irish spring soap or any soap for that mater. As long as it's on sale. A couple more buckets. You can never have to many. Some nice stinky cheap cologne. Camo string. Two bottles of 100 percent deet.two foldable shovels. And a couple huge totes for water or for planting. I have 6 pails of river rock for the bottom of the holes I've saved up my buddy owns a farm so I get plenty of cow shit all 5 plus years old. I got a lot of clay when I dig deep like 4 foot plus deep. So I use the river rock for that. As I've said previously I love to plant on those "humps" in the swamp. I'd love to find 100 gallon grow bags around here but not a chance in hell for that. I have 10 good seed plants started. All just popped the second set of leafs. I have 4 seeds from last year's hulk. On its second gen. I have 6 strawberry cough. I just soaked another 6 bagseed from this year and I have 20 clones ready to go in by may. I still gotta stock up on nutes,sand,15.15.15, 10.0.10.time released. And maybe some piping for the ones not on the hump. I pound a 3 foot piece of pvc painted black into the outside of the hole next to All my plants. To water or for a liquid feed. Hopefully it stops snowing sometime soon so I can get some work done.

When you have the proper tools for the job, the time in the woods goes so much better.

I use landscape cloth to make grow bags. Just unroll the whole thing, fold it over and sew the two sides together. Then tie them off at the desired length and cut. The wider the roll, the bigger the pot.

Here is the big pot I made with 2X4 welded wire, landscape cloth and a few tomato stakes.

And one of the little ones. It is turned inside out to show where I tied it off with haystring.
