Cannot narrow down this problem

Help!!! 2 weeks into 12/12, water every day.
600w hps, with ventilation so temp is not the problem. I have no idea what is happening.... I've looked and can't seem to narrow this problem down at all and I don't want to lose all the time and money put in as I'm sure you all understand. image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg

I have given them Cal-Mag, the soil was just plain soil I purchased from ace hardware (not miracle grow). Which I know now is not the proper soil but it's too late to transplant. This is my first grow so my apologies for being pretty clueless

let it dry out 85% and then give it a feeding . give it enough water to dry out in 2-3 days...this helps incorporate a feeding schedule in easily. If you are checking on these plants daily...no need to give it alot of water..

Thank you for your help, how quickly should I expect these plants to start bouncing back?
