if it goes through it would be legal to consume and to grow :bigjoint:
not sure if it would be legal to sell...

if yes, i'm totally opening a coffee shop :mrgreen:

what do you think will it go through?? i'm not sure but i hope for the best...

You charge a fee to enter the coffee shop, one free joint. You charge normal price for small coffee, no joint. You charge more for slightly larger coffee, one free joint. You make hash brownies/coffee cakes, free with purchase of xlarge coffee. You just don't sell marijuana, you give it away with the purchase of other items.

i would have sofas etc with headphones that one can take of and listen to chill music if 1 wants. and pizza... :D

weed is legal in switzerland and there are coffee shops there also! and it is legal to grow or at least the police dont have a problem with it. my cousin lives in zurich and he's a member of a coffee shop!

I think i know what you are talkin bout. But ya dont have to be member and they dont sell weed there anymore.

Its a bikers local pub....... full of old bikers smoking there hash...

seems that you're correct. this is old thread updated with something dredged from drudge-that appears to be new news, but i don't follow activism much.

...mebbe a new version of the swiss army knife, one with a clip is in order.
