decided to crack open the Scotts OG x Lovejill jar tonight. Hats off again Mo! I want to say its got some dill but no, not quite. And there's way more to it. Such complex terps I can't describe. :) Unique and tasty.

This was quite the airy sativa style bud probably influence of the mulanje? but wow trichomes! they probably could have went a little longer but I was on a schedule.

That looks fantastic. I just started vegging some Scott's OG, that looks like a badass cross. I wanna rock some cool genetics someday instead of store-bought. :D You're an inspiration, Mo.

Garden Tour

The rain is gone and the garden is on overdrive now.

Cheers,
Mo
The rain might be gone, but the wind is here! I was asleep and the high desert winds kicked up and kicked my seedling over! Must have been like that 2~3 hrs before I found it.

Cut off a chunk of aloe, lubed the stem up, and packed some soil around it. I'll give it a week covered to see if it is still growing before I sprout another seed lol.

My brother and I were starting a grow off, guess he'll get a little head start now lol. But I'm gonna make a comeback, lol. I was supplying the Blu Medi Kush seeds. I'll still skunk him by flower time. Hope you have better luck with the wind.

We have lots of wind in the low desert too. It was a sandstorm all yesterday and last night. It's still pretty windy now. But no sand in the air anymore.

I remember going to work with my dad in the early 70's out that way. Can't remember if we were in Palm Springs or Indio, going to do a swimming pool. The customer had a date farm. And that pool was huge.

We left early in the morning driving out from Compton. The nice lady had a huge breakfast laid out for us. I got a little thirsty after eating, but all she had was coffee out at the time, and I was a young kid and didn't drink that stuff. I don't think she knew I was there at the time. So I tell my dad I need some water. The lady was standing in the doorway and my dad asked if she could get some water for his son. She asked if he would like some orange juice instead, and my dad replies that would be fine.

So she brings out a pitcher of fresh squeezed orange juice, on a tray with some glasses and goes back inside the house. Pops pours a glass and brings it over to me. I'm not paying attention and take it and just start to guzzle it down.

Then I feel this stuff in my mouth that was not like the orange juice I was used to. I look in the glass and see this shit floating around and some on the side of the glass. I holler over to Pops " this ain't no Tang" and throw the rest on the ground. My uncle was on the crew too and he and the rest of the crew are just fallin' out laughing. Pops is crackin' up too! So he comes over to me, messes up my hair, and pulls me over to him. He' s still laughing, but explains to me that that was REAL orange juice, and the stuff floating around was just orange pulp, like if you were eating an orange.

I go " oh, ok", shrug my shoulders and start to laugh myself. Hell, I was used to the powered orange juice out the jar like the astronauts had.

Sorry Mo, but I had to relate my first experience with real orange juice and the low desert. If you don't what Tang is, you're under 50! It won't happen again. You can blame hyroot!
