Your telling me just to do calloid silver on one of my really dank girls and cross her with another dank girl? Never bringing in males?

Cause my girls are around 20-25 thc but I'm striving to make a strain with more of a kick than that. Wouldn't crossing two girls around the same strength only give me the same strength?

I have not tried it yet so I am not sure whether it would be additive or not. It does seem like there would be a chance of getting two high-yielding genes this way. If the original mom is a mutant and you BX with silver-induced male. You might just get sickly offspring. I have been letting the best of the spontaneous seedlings have their way au natural.

I like to introduce hardy landrace stock males with the famous mutant clones and try to achieve an easy to clone female that produces a bigger healthier copy of the original.

Three of the backyard IBL girls now have the distinctive TGA cherry smell. They all smelled like Mulanje in veg.

MDL#2 is definitely leaning more in the Purple Haze direction. Sparse buds with no smell.
MDL#1 is stockier and has now got the cherry smell on a stem rub.

MDT#3 is a rock solid sticky cola from the dirt to the tip. It is frosty, smelly, and packed with seeds!

MD is so jaggedy and stout. It has the cherry stank too.

when you say mutant, are you talking about a specific pheno thats already out there? or a random girl you posed at your own place?

my plan for creating a unique strain that was super dank: male sugar black rose x female cotton candy -> pop 5-10 of those then pick out the best male then use it against one of my THC Bomb girls....find a DANK male out of that cross then cross him with a Critical super silver haze girl...

after those 4 strain are intertwined i was going to phone hunt until i found something with a super unique smell then back cross it to Critical super silver haze.

will i have more or less of a genetic variance if i cut out males? does that even matter?

When I say mutant I am referring to the strains that have been engineered to have more THC. I have found that many of the "good" strains are very difficult to grow and they often yield poorly.

I like to let the plants have a natural life. Once I get my lab built I will start working on creating my dream cross. For now I am a farmer.

Garden Tour

Hot and sunny today. A few of the runt seedlings are biting the dust finally. Everything else is looking great. I moved one of the 5-fingered Rebar clones to a 20 gallon smart pot.

The SRS has hit another gear and is looking so happy in the sun.

Looks awesome Mo. My pollen was viable, at least 1 of the 2 :), so either some Chernobyl crosses or some Conspiracy Kush crosses. Some more "Penthouse Pot" to grow out later. There werent alot of beans, but I only hit the bottom branches. Goodies:
