Rxgreensolutions hooked me up with some samples. They have some awesome mycorrhizal powder with other stuff.

They also sent their version of those products. You think I should use them on top of what I already have?

They have the burn tip. Very slight. I don't know that they can be pushed much harder.
that is where u are wrong ........u back the feeding power down some 10/15% use the b-52 and rooting .....the root mass grows and u bum it up to where u got burn and then increase it 10 to 25 untill u see the burn again ........repeat this all the way to the end of strech and hold it there at the final numbers when u see the burn for that final time u back it down 5/10 % and keep going untill the end adding on 3 more days to fresh water only in the purge before u cut

by the end u are near double what the orginal feed is
the b-52 or thrive is the key to de stressing and getting the roots mass to increase ( increasing the amount they can intake)

this is what the hydro experiment taught me .......u see that root mass at the end it was displacing nearly 1 and half gallons of water .......we are trying for the same thing in the soil (by the time u get into flowering the stalk is as thick as my thumb)

riiight!?! Whats so easy about it? Even Autos veg. They don't respond well to training, you can't control and learn as well and sometimes they just not even that potent.

autos are great

it is just a matter of what u offer them ..........i am hoping when i am in OR i can show some chemical results to the shops and geting them thinking about ordering something (if they test that high again)

this would really help out the place i going to look/work at for those few days .......auto crops for the rec high thc users and photos for the medical side (photos have higher lvls of terpenes then autos ....same mix but photos have more MGs per gram

think what u want i have chemical results from gas chromatograph saying 24.84% on a auto

what i am seeing in stores on weed maps 26% 27% is the best they offer and go with ones in the 17% range too

photos are better for medical needs(it is due to the longer flowering time so the lvls build up higher terpenes).............. autos are just fine for rec needs

I can't back down. I've only give them water. Its a living soil.

I have a question. I'm a newbie myself n this is my 2nd grow. I was pretty lucky 1st go round with an auto skunk that gave me 7oz. off of 1 plant. When it comes to regular beans, wouldn't that be a hit or miss on the grow? I mean, not knowing if your gonna get a male or female plant? It's the only reason why I chose autos, cause I was under the understanding that it would produce what I wanted. Female plant that will produce smokable bud. What are the odds with purchasing regular beans that will produce buds as opposed to males? What's the amount of time a regular seed grow last for? What would be the best regular beans to start with? Sorry for all the newbie questions, but you guys n gals have peek'd my interest!

Umm.

@hondagrower420 can you post a pic of your topped autos?

Its time to dispell the myths.

Justugh just provided his link to the 26 oz auto. Honda has some beautiful topped autos.

The only thing you can't do to an auto is clone. You can clone it but its not with it.

I am researching for the possibility of doing some autos... can I see a pic and know the breeder of the 7 ounce producing auto?

I'm not a noob, I think. Anyhow. These plants were topped, lst'd and supercropped.

Strain is mephisto alien vs triangle. This strain tested at 25% thc.

Yield was over a half pound in a 30"x40" closet.

Bud porn and a shot of some rosin I got from the trim, I think that is 2g of rosin.

Those were prolly the best run I had with autos. And I did everything people say not to do. Trained, in hydro and pushed the nutes hard.

I could never get autos to grow well in soil. Maybe hydro is just that much faster but I'm not going back to soil after a couple rounds in dwc and flood & drain tables.

That was a side grow I had going and then it was the only plants I had.

It we just a hold over cropped but ended up saving my ass.

I'm back to my photoperoid plants now, but highly recommend mephisto genetics.

Hey bk!
Well, the pics really doesn't do justice, but this was my 1st grow about 2 yrs ago. I wasn't into taking pics like that, so these are various stages of the grow. If I'm not mistaken, it was an auto skunk #1 n the company was either auto seeds or nirvana seeds. Not sure if it was a freebie or if I paid, but I was very impressed! I just order more seeds about an half hr ago. I'm picking up some Hawaiian Snow, Ayahuasca Purple, n NY Diesel I believe. After this round, I'm gonna try n go all regular strains. I would like to be able to holla for more info when the time comes. By the way, I order from the single seed centre. I have gotten awesome beans from them n they carry every producer of seeds. Guarantee to re-ship if not received. I figure I can't go wrong. Keep up the good grow everyone!

Sounds like your auto killed it on your first grow ever. Exactly what theyre supposed to do.

If you want to make sure you get a female from a photoperiod plant just spend the extra couple bucks and get feminised seeds. Easy.

And as far as how long a photo grow lasts, it can be as long as you want. You can veg a photo for a year if you want but i hope you have enough room and light to keep it growing. The time you veg is determined by the space and light you have availible. Most guys will try and fill the lights footprint and then flower. Or fill their cabs horizontal space to almost full capacity at the optimal distance from the light. Unless you grow vertically and thats a whole new ball game ;)

If you want to know the best seeds to start with its kinda a toss up. If you just go flippin through seed catalogs you have just as good of a chance in getting a poor quality photo as a poor quality auto. Ive run plenty of strains and they get punted just as fast as they come in. Some reputable breeders that get mentioned lots are bohdi and dynasty. If you can get your hands on some of those your golden. But they only run non-fem seeds. If you want fems just search out other peoples grows to be sure about quality. Ask questions, most guys love to tell you how awesome their grow was ;)

Super informative! Thankx a million Alien! I will definitely start looking into the fems. I was confused at first with the whole fem, auto fem, n auto flower scene, but you definitely cleared up any doubt or questions in my mind. I don't like taking losses n not fond of set backs. As far as space, I'm definitely limited with a grow area of 4x4x6, so I definitely wouldn't take on anything that'll surpass 4' feet. As far as a vertical grow, I can't even begin to imagine! If I lived somewhere that electricity wasn't an issue, I'd definitely give it a go. I'll definitely put that as a 'future goal'. Once again, thankx for your input. You have been extremely helpful! I truly appreciate any tips, hints, or just good ol plain knowledge you may have to offer in the future. Salute to the owner of the thread! I hope I haven't done it any injustice!
