The problem isn't confined to the content of the documents.

The problem begins before then, one of the unaddressed problems is the presumption of consent of all the people in a given area, when that individual consent is demonstrably false.

That contradiction is discussed very well by Lysander Spooner in his essay "The Constition of No Authority". Nobody has rebutted his essay yet.

Please enjoy your medication. I'm about to indulge myself. Peace.

But this problem has been around since the cave man, it's fear and greed. Being Taxed is a reminder that you can leave or stay and play, individual or Corp.

Not all cave men refused responsibility of their tribe yet they were free? Without contract.

When the lazy scion of an aristocrat is likely to end up better off than the hard working one of a middle class family, luck of the (family) draw is the determining factor. This is the situation in America TODAY. Platitudes are just a smokescreen.
Yes, because unless you have connections it is impossible to become a doctor or lawyer or business owner... Oh wait, that is how you want it to be, not how it is now... Hmm..

The only pursuit you mentioned that really has the potential to pull you out of the working class is business owner. I think these are the primary individuals in discussion, when folk talk about redistribution.

You may look up to the income of a doctor or lawyer, but unless the lawyer is a prominent partner in a successful firm, they'll still be singing the workingman's blues...

So, you worked hard to be born in the United States, did you?
Nobody asked me. Am I supposed to feel guilty that we are one of the few functioning countries on the planet despite what you want?

I had a very interesting conversation with a man who lived in Bosnia most of his life. He thinks Americans are crazy to want to let the government run things. In Boznia when you go to the DMV you go for the week. You wait in line until they close for the day and you come back the next day and hope you get close to your place in line from the day before.

Well, unless you are connected. Then it takes 5 minutes....

I think you can pull down decent money as a doctor, lawyer, plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc... etc... etc. You make much more money running your own business.

But the people here arguing see rich people, get pissed off and determine that those people didnt work hard and dont deserve what they have and they are the reason the poster doesnt have a ton of money and an easy life.

What they dont realize is that life isnt easy. You dont make a million dollars just out of college. You have to start and run your own business after years of learning a trade that is worthwhile.

False equivalence

Ask your Bosnian friend if he thinks the idea of allocating pork barrel spending, corporate welfare and the largest defense budget in world history into things like universal healthcare and education is a bad idea, report back what he says

He would laugh because he knows government control is ultimately corrupting. You somehow think the government is efficient and actually cares about you. Go hang out in the DMV and tell me how loving the government makes you feel.

It seriously get's old having to tell you this time and time again but I guess when you can't answer the legitimate criticisms, all you have left are the strawmen you've created to argue against..

Nobody cares if people are rich. There's nothing inherently wrong with being rich or striving to be rich. The problem exists when special interests change the rules to benefit themselves at the expense of everyone else.

I just renewed plates on my old ass gas guzzling truck. payed some dude 50 bucks to pass the inspection then I went to the dmv and had my stickers in about 5 minutes. I'd give it 3 stars on yelp. Would of got 2 because I had to give the govt money but it got a 3 because I saw a old guy get pissed that the ticket thing didn't have any tickets but then a lady came and showed him it definitely had tickets in a way that only a bureaucrat could.

Like my example above you dont seem to understand that government is it's own special interest. It is a monopoly that has no concern for customer care or support.

The guy's mother who was actually buying the home and had recently become an American citizen pointed to the speed of the government workers and noted that they all seem to move at the same speed no matter what nation you come from. LOL!!

You keep repeating your propaganda time and again and seem confused that I havent accepted it yet. Again, not my problem.

sorry I was really baked when I posted that and didn't say what I meant very well...

What I don't really understand is why you (I'm assuming you're middle class) think that advocates of social programs are after your money... I don't understand why you defend the ultra rich and their right to fuck the under privileged, to start, maybe one day everyone. Is it because you have some hope of become rich one day? Me too... I have no desire to be so rich I would really need to worry about taxes. Are you defending your future rights to be ultra rich?

Do you know that only .3% of our government spending goes to food and nutritional welfare related spending?

As for all of the dribble about hard work, and life isn't easy, yadda.. Most saying shit like that have easier lives than the people they're saying it to.

What I realize is that the government has a spending problem, not a revenue problem.

Corporate profit and the profit of rich people is used for investment and growth. When you curb that investment and growth with taxation you get stagnation like the last 8+ years.

Wealth is created and any one can create wealth. If you understood that you would understand why I dont hate the rich for creating wealth.

I am defending my right to live in a society with a healthy robust economy. Not one that is sickly and constantly fucked with by a federal reserve and government who's interests no longer align with the people, particularly poor people.

I paid 13,000 dollars in taxes in 2014 for the priviledge of selling a business and property. My money is already being confiscated at an extremely high rate... Not what might happen, what is happening now. 13K or even 1/2 of that would have enriched my life more.

The government is not supposed to be in the business of re-distributing wealth.

The government has a sponsorship problem. Most of the spending goes to the companies that influence policy, who are owned by the ultra-rich. If .3% is doing what it is right now, do we really need to be greedy there, as if that's some kind of wealth being re-distributed?

The state, local and federal government have thousands of programs in place for food assistance. Nothing ever seems to get better...

The only people the government seems to make rich are the politicians... Did you ever notice that? Government creates dependence.

How much of your income do you pay in taxes? What percentage? Also, what percentage would be "fair"?
Based on the fact that I paid 13,000 why dont you tell me what income I should have made to have to pay that much...

It is like a joke. A politician tells you the good news is that the government will never take more than 23%. The bad news is they are going to take 23% out of each pocket...

Why dont you ever reply when I point out that the government took in record revenue last year yet is still in tremendous debt? Oh yeah, you reply you want 'free' college.... *sigh*
