Welcome to my 2016 Indoor Sunshine Grow

3 strains of Crop King auto-fem's (Candy Cane, Jack Herer, Dwarf Low Flyer) in 2 litre hempy pop bottles

3:1 perlite/vermiculite with a soil cap - General Hydroponics Maxi-Grow/Bloom and cal-mag

Started germinating on March 27th (Easter Sunday) but forgot about them and only the Candy Cane survived
P3300001.JPG
it's a little deformed near the base, so I'll bury it deeper than normal
P3310014.JPG

re-started the other two strains, they popped by April 3rd (Jack Herer top, and the DLF bottom)

Candy Cane

24/0 under a few CFL/LED bulbs except when the sun is shinning, as they love the sunshine
P4100018.JPG

I buried the rock wool of the Candy Cane (far left) to stabilize the deformity at the base...should be fine.
.....and the younger sisters, Jack Herer (in the middle) and Dwarf Low Flyer (far right)

cheers
Indoor Sun King

Funny what a difference a week makes...they are now kicking into gear (and on full nutes)

I dropped the Jack Herer, it came right out of the bottle but was undamaged...so I re-potted it...... it seems slightly delayed but doing okay

Candy Cane - a few twisted leaves but nothing to fret about

They are doing great, won't be long before they start to pre-flower with these nice sunny days

The Candy Cane is 5 days older than the other two, but is about twice as big
P4300013.JPG

The Jack Herer is smaller than the DLF but that could be due to the nasty spill it had
P4300014.JPG

and the Dwarf Low Flyer,,,which isn't so small

CAM01134.jpg she/it sprouted quickly, within four to five days. I know it might be hard to tell rn, but i think it's female, i live in Florida so i think it's getting enough sun... I know this is your grow thread, but you're the only person i am gonna count on...

I would clean up all the dead leaves...BTW there is no way to know the gender yet

please start your own grow journal and I will follow along and provide suggestions and feedback

Weekly update...they have grown a lot in the last week

The Candy Cane and DLF have both gone wild....stretching way too much, and the Jack Herer was looking great

Jack Herer (top left)... winter sunshine grow (top right)...DLF (bottom left) Candy Cane (bottom right)
P5060002.JPG
been getting some nice days

Candy Cane (left) Dwarf Low Flyer (middle) and Jack Herer (right)
P5080025.JPG

Candy Cane was the first to show pre-flowers (last Saturday)
P5080026.JPG
Then the DLF which isn't really looking so dwarfed....in fact it's on the tall side (started pre-flowering last Sunday)
P5080027.JPG
Worried about Jack, it started to pre-flower last Wednesday and was looking great, small but healthy....it's been drooping, not sure what's up

They seem to be coming along, well at least two of them.....Candy Cane (left), Dwarf Low Flyer (middle), Jack Herer (right)
P5140016.JPG

the Jack Herer is still drooping but not always, just can't figure what's up with this gal
P5140012.JPG

here's a pic a few days ago....the Jack looks great, then the next day not....go figure
P5110006.JPG

I'm not overly happy with these, as they stretched way too much, the Candy Cane is so crooked and the DLF is a damn big dwarf, not flying so low
but at least they are both healthy enough and are progressing quickly

You try some iron treatment for the droopy one? Just my wild guess
they all get the same cal-mag treatment, so it makes no sense why one would react differently....last night and this morning it's doing good, so I won't worry about it as the leaves are a healthy colour and it is budding, just on the slow side compared to the other two
