The title says it all. I'm going to run my exhaust fan into the Attic. Will the smell make its way to the lower house or will it simply escape through the vent strips on my roof?

Yes you will need a carbon filter. Maybe not right away but once you hit flower your tent will stink up your room.

Save up get a good carbon filter or your whole house is going to be smelling the kush

Yes you do. If it doesn't leak back into the house it will leak out the soffit vents so folks will be able to smell when they walk up.

Always always always run a filter. Do yourself a favor and go with CAN brand.

Trust me homie, ALWAYS FILTER, double filter when you can...think of it like this....would you rawdog a hooker? Carbon Filter = Condom :) Even if you live in a legal state, I dunno about you but I am sort of considerate...neighbors that wouldn't like the smell will find some reason to get you harassed.

For Sure ....lol

good luck

ps avoid using in wet weather the high humidity blocks the holes in the carbon
If its in the room the wet weather shouldnt effect it... i wouldnt think? Should be controlled humidity in the room/tent.
Just askin incase im wrong.
