Someone please help I have 3 plants dieing 2 Frisian dew and 1 th seeds critical hog . They are under a 600 watt mh light . It was getting. Quite hot in there so I moved light away and added fan I have other plants that are very healthy that were started at same time but these 3 are going brown and crisp and curling down . I don't consider myself a newbie but have never experienced this before I may have accidentally given them some strong nutes but I have flushed and re potted since then . But this is still happening on the new nodes help would be greatly appreciated ! I planned to get these outdoors by 1st week of June and they should be 4 nodes high like others by now ! I also have 2 grandaddy purples been in there for 2 and a half weeks and they are still at first catyledons and gone brown due to over watering and 2 more Frisian dew been in same amount of time still not popped because i have over watered any advice on how to speed these up ? Thanks !

to me it looks like the new growth is healthy. i m total newbie but it looks exactlu like you burned them off hard a few days ago
and then you flushed and the next node coming out is healthier that the first node
so, if this is the case, careful with the nutes and stuff
seedlings, like the first couple of weeks, is the most fragile part of the grow and needs extra attention. i figured out myself after it has passed LOL

looks like they will bounce back u could substitute the light with some cfls for first 2 weeks to reduce heat since mh do give lots of heat

They are in terrible health and they aint going nowhere by the 2nd June .
I dont know what happened but i think the soil from the backyard your using is the problem, weeds and shit in it , no aeration too thick its like mud. Get some decent medium next time, cant do much with these ones.

Yh unfortunately the new nodes are going brow at the tips aswelll they started to come through healthy but now going brown and curling down . I'm going to try and flush again see if that sets them out . Can anyone tell me if this could be made worse from over watering ? Or should I just flush them again . Why is the new growth going brown and crisp? It is only on the Frisian dew strains .i think I must of used wrong bottle and fed them nutes to early . But why if I've flushed and re potted is the new growth still going brown ?

Yeah they are definitely burnt but I have taken all necessary steps to cool them down but new growth is still going brown and crisp . There are many others in there that are basically ready for flowering and started at same time in same growing medium . It's just the Frisian Dews that are playing up and going crisp . I must of given the nutes to early or neglected them and burnt them during the heatwave . Just don't n why new growth is starting to curl up and go brown. Especially when I have so many others that are so healthy . Thanks for all replies!!

How's the ph of the water, soil, and run off? I would start there. Also even if the soil had given you good results, it wouldn't hurt, only help if you added perlite at least. If your able to check pH levels you may want to add lime or sulfur.

I may have missed it, but what is the actual temp in this space.
Also, in my experience, it's easy to over water a plant that has burned. Gotta remember that they've lost a lot of their ability to transpire.
