New room with lighting and fan question

Just built a new room. Its 3 by 3 and about 6 feet high. Using basically the same setup as the stealth bubbleponics. I had a few questions though. First, Im gonna start with 4 plants using 315 W of CFL lighting on top, and two 70 W Fluorescent sticks vertically. Do you guys think this will be enough lighting. And is it best to have the fans blowing from the ground up on the plants, top down or straight across... or does that not matter much. Lastly, do you think its better to do sog or just grow then as high as I can with this setup?

you're good on lights

fan placement doesn't matter as long as your plants are gently swaying

sog or vertical grow is a matter of personal preference.

Are these lights that come with this alright to use? I got them from a friend cheap and was wondering if the 315W they put out are goodenough for a good grow

those will work fine for up to 4 medium sized plants
