On a serious note...coming out wasn't something we did back in the day. It was a cross to bear, like cancer or polio. Things have changed since the 60's and not a week goes by I won't see another celeb opening up about their own sexual orientation. So people are warming up to diversity. With every new headline comes a softening of people's hearts and slowly the general public is realizing we're just people, no better, no worse. We simply love a little differently.
Its wonderful to hear of your acceptance and unconditional love for your baby girl @Downtowntillman and know that sharing your own story may affect someone else's perception
and acceptance of a family member or friend in their own life. So today you did two good things.
It makes me proud to be a member here. Hugs all around.

You got that right!!! my son's birth mom has NO motherly instinct and my ex was a real ray of sunshine, too. Always on my son's ass, bitching about this and that, demanding he do everything for him. They both (ex and his former wife) expect the child to come to their aid but neither of them have ever put him first, not once I'm telling you, ever. I had to try to encourage BOTH of them to really 'be' in his life. His birth mother abandoned him and his father was never a real dad to him, I had to take up the slack and be the mom and dad. He's grown now and I happen to think he turned out pretty awesome. He's says that's because of me. I don't want the credit, I just love him and want the very best for him

I bought her an expansion pack for Sims on Xbox. The university edition. she's very easy to please.

My uncle really did used to do that. Lol..
Then he got mixed up with the cartel. When it all came to the news, he had 9 bank accounts and 4 Apartments in his name. He did keep some dank ass greenery.
He was the patsy. The others got deported.
