so theres a chance ppl may get knocked back cos someone knows someone and don't like them....
the sheriff told us to go register our grow. we were good with the 500 sq ft but they set the limit at 200 sq ft. which put us in the commercial bracket. hey I got no problem paying for the license and tax but, the business license was 73 bucks . why is the commercial license 5 grand, and then the tax is like 15% to the grower and taxed 2 or 3 times before it gets to the patient.
as the artical said they don't have people running in to sign up. they said 10 commercial so far. we were number 14 , and they were like making sure we had it right. they want people to register. they will be sure we get licensed, they want their program to work. once we have a county license, the state license in 2018 will be automatic.

I got stars in my eyes thinking about the possibilities. The fees are damn near extortion, but the insurance it provides is worth it I think.

Yeah it was a nerve racking season. I got in a major car accident and broke my bones all up in one arm and wrecked the rest of my body right at the end of September, so that was when everything got fucky.

Is 200 ft the limit for non licensed grows now? Do you have any links to the new regulations?

the 200 ft is for personal grows only in calavaras co. placer hasn't set the limits here yet but, on the 21 (maybe the 23 i have to check the date) the board of supervisors is holding session to discuss their licensing program. there is 2 senators and 5 law enforcement big shots trying to stop it going to be present. we need to show up in force at the domes to protect our rights.

Board Meeting Domes
County Administrative Center at the Domes, 175 Fulweiler Ave, Auburn, CA.
Starts: June 21 9:00 AM
Location: 175 Fulweiler Avenue, Auburn, CA 95603

Riverside county gives medical patient 24 plants . We need to find some land in Anza or Aguanga.
I got an offer to grow out a plot south of Temecula but I don't have a damn car! As soon as I offload some of this product and get that Fasfa check I'll be back in business. Might even have enough time to get some 30 gal girls on the property. If that all works out and things keep going good with the new business, I might have the funds to go in on a property.

I think there are a few of us who haven't met yet that should. I have been thinking to get a Corp started and get a business loan to get land. I would even consider renting a plot for a while.

Bummr is right, we failed the requirements to get a commercial license. never stated in any paperwork the property limits. we have 1.6 acres ,the min is 2 acres. no variance allowed. he's only allowed 200sq. for personal. atleast they didn't require the 5,000 for that information. back to the drawing board.
