this is my first time growing, i have done all my research and have benn planning and building for months now.

my grow area is ruffly 6.5' T 5' D and 9.5' W. i have 4.5' of verticle grow room before the plants hit the light.

im using a 1000w air cooled hps/mh lamp with convertable ballast, a 2' carbon filter, a 465 cfm squirl fan, and a duct mufller, then i run the duct into a duct booster fan right into my 1000w lamp and out the room.

i am supplying the room with fresh air through a portable air conditioner which im able to maintain an average of about 75 degrees in the room, i also use a 400 cfm inline fan to bring in resh air if the temp rises above 85.

i am also using co2 injection controlled by my sentinel climate controlller, this also controlls my inline fan if the temp gets to hot.

i plan on using epanded clay pellets as my grow medium but i also have rockwool slabs to fit my trays along with 6 by 6 cubes and starter cubes if this is preferable.

my pots are 9"T and 7.5"W 24 pots in all, is this big enough, i plan on using the scrog technique, all my driplines are set and i have a 115 gallon res with a pump to feed my drippers and some iarstones with pump to give them oxygen.

i also plan on going with sensi 2+ program with all the additives,

What Am i Missing!!??!!!???

will this work?

:-?
any feedback much appreciated

You were probably getting worried, 150 views and no replies.

This looks a lot like my first grow...

If that's all in a bunk bed, it would be exactly like my first grow...

Let me guess, you spent about 1500 dollars so far, and haven't started growing...

Don't worry, you can get it done.

A couple things I noticed about your area;

Také the duct off the front of the ac, your just restricting flow, let it run free.

The exhaust from the ac should be as short as possible, right out the window, it gets hot. The less distance it has to travel, the more efficient it is.

Same with the light exhaust. Keep it short and simple, and a centrifugial fan or turbo style fan is much better than that booster and squirrel cage, but wait until you harvest a crop and get some cash before you spend any more dough on equipment.

Bloom them while their short, so you don't get too close to the light... That 1000 will get too close fast, if you have a stretchy sativa.

A hydro drip is a tricky technique for a first timer, trust me I know... Keep a close eye on your ppms and ph, and don't use a too aggresive pump, the motor will heat up the water.

Any questions ask...

I'm up to 8 lights growing in soil if you wondered where your setup will get you upon success.

Oh yeah, to answer your question...

GET STARTED!!!

80-84 degrees is good with co2 enrichment.

Simplify your garden.

are you sure about your plans for vertical space? a large light needs one foot clearance from the ceiling, 6 inches for the light itself, 6 inches space to plants and a 1 ft tall planter. that is 3 ft total leaving a grow space of only 3.5 ft. plenty large enough for smaller indicas but watch out for tall strains and sativa dominant mixes,

I would use some bushmaster to help keep the height under control. When using it though be very careful- it is powerful stuff.

A dripper system is cool, flooding is easier... Lines popping off and getting in the way aren't a problem. But drip is better imo... I grow in soil

I could see you doing the math while typeing then coming up with 3-4 feet, I thought about it to.

You could lower the table to the floor if you were in soil, gravity sucks with hydro and tables having to be off the floor.
