They have a city ordinance on outdoor growing here. My neighbors are mid 50s Realtors and they're growing the biggest plants they've ever done. They're saying fuck them and that they'll just pay the fine.

You haven't been to the US lately I guess. Fines pay for the courts and cops. Without fines they are out of jobs. The laws need to change..

Yeah I totally get what you were talking about the other day. Placer had it run and it's time to move on.

I disagree....
It's 6 fucking plants. If a compliance check happens and Nuggs answers the door on his prostatic legs, I'm sure they'll be cool with him. It's not like he's got 99 plants and is pushing every "boundary" they've put in place, it's 6 plants for a patient that needs his meds.
They'll just go after the "for profit" big growers. Nuggs is just a guppy in a big pond with lots of big fish.

I'm sure nothing would happen to him but if for some reason shit hit the fan he is potentially risking a lot. All over six plants, that's not a risk I would want to take especially at my personal residence. Just want to look out for Nuggs because it's easy to say fuck it and say it's only 6 plants. However, sometimes it's easier to go after the low hanging fruit. I'm sure he will make the best choice for him and I wish him nothing but the best.
I one hundred percent agree with you. but in orange County the police raided a dispensary. Caught a pig joking on hidden camera how she should of kicked an amputee in the nubs. Had some others caught eating edibles. Dirt dirty dirty are pigs. They play in the mud all the way

thanks for all the comments and opinions nice to have friends to ask n situations like this, I read and thought about each thing offered.
Placer co can be different than other countys. placer is the richest county in calif. here they don't need money they already got it.
by banning they avoided putting a new tax into their funds that was derived from mj. they don't want the tax money in their police dept either because it's not fed legal. they don't want new positions that create a dozen jobs that make use of the 150 milllion a year they could make applying the tax.
they feel if they spend 76,000 yearly for a heli , it's cheaper than paying the new help the tax money collected.
by banning outdoor they are taking the short road, the cheapest way out. oh and by allowing for 50sq.ft of indoor , non taxed of course it supports prop215.
