we just got lucky though. apparently she had a few other accounts which her parents never even told her about. cashed out enough from one for a 10% down payment. only downside is we have to carry mortgage insurance until we hit 20% of the loan amount, but that is coming up quickly as i have been sending in extra on every mortgage payment.

I mean, when you buy stuff that fine and it's taken care of, but how have you rangled the your merchant sales tax?
Do you file quarterly like other businesses?
Do you buy those federal stamps that were discontinued in '69?

i've been working a straight job for the last year or so and paying taxes on it. lots of taxes. self employment means i carry all the FICA, 15.3% on every dollar earned, then state and federal taxes too.

Thinking so highly of the need for cannabis to be regulated and trying to make an intelligent <fuckwit> argument to support that taxation, you'd think as someone with such stalwart convictions about taxation you'd feel guilty about profiting from an illegal act (like tax evasion being an illegal act) and starving those all important social programs (you are part of society, aren't you) of much needed revenue justified by the laws passed by your vote.
