hi guys i have a grow tent due to my country being freezing im toiling to keep the temp up about 67 at most i was thinking about putting a small fan heater on a stand inside the tent and set the timer to come on for 5mins every hour am i mad or genius

If you need more heat the best thing to do is just add more HID light. What light are you running?

A heater is going to draw heavy wattage just like more light would.

no link but they are available at hardware stores. just tell them you're using it for a heater and they'll show you the right product. no need to know what you;re using the heater for

Again you will be using 1000 to 2000 watts of power for this heater...

Why not just add a 1000w hps/mh light...

Are those prices in pound or euro...??

Still i think another light would be more beneficial...
