Here is my current crop.

Two of my ladies have gone freaky on me and I have never seen it in my garden before. Here is my white widow x big bud at 4 weeks

Here she is today at 8 weeks!!!!

Same Trend with my top44 x bubblegum at 4 weeks:

Same girl today at 8 weeks flowering:

While every other lady in the tent is ready for chop in another 1 - 2 weeks, these two are about to be composted! Anybody know what may have caused this weird wispy growth change in these two and not the others?

Thanks in advance for your grow love and knowledge. :peace:

Appears to be foxtailing ..... Can come from genetics , high heat , too much light , too close to light , stress , high bloom nutes.

Had a sativa heavy strain show growth like that .

Did she ever bud out or did you toss her as a loss? So foxtailing can occur along every part of the stem like that? I always thought it was near the bud tops only.

It must be the temps. Even with their lights out during the day and an a/c running in the room, the heat index and humidity in my area can still get pretty high some days. I have a very light hand with nutes, never following manufacturers dosages, and the light is currently about 18 - 24 inches above plants. I also run two fans in the tent and an aircooled hood. Dunno what else to do. Have grown like this for years, never had this b4. Oh well, still going to harvest a nice personal stash and already have some seedlings at 2 weeks old. Guess this kind of thing comes with the territory, just hate the feeling of wasting light, nutes, and time on girls that won't deliver.

Hmmmm .... Makes me wanna leave them alone and see what they do while I grow other stuff! But damn they may need a total of 6 months eh!!??? They are scraggly as hell! LMBO!
It was very sticky ... A STICKY STICK .... haha
Yield was weak but very frosty for what it was.
Hate to waste ....

Ended up being a pipe strain - just tear off a nub and light ....
