have you asked @Will Thayer about the lenses, he seems clued well up and is uk...i think
Are you referring to my question whether someone in Europe has the 80 deg lenses?
If yes, if someone in UK etc. has two of them over and wants to sell them please PM me :)

The same maybe if someone from EU is about to order from Jerry in the next days, they could throw two of the 80deg 100mm to their order, I'd buy it from them. Shipping from UK to Spain is reasonable. (I pay for the lenses and the s/h of course)

How reflective is your grow space? I have 3590 cd @ 72 v @ 700. 15" is too close for most of my plants. the thinner leafed ladies fare better than the indicas at tighter clearance.

I latched on to greengenes advice i.e. hang lights high in a highly reflective space. It was a brilliant move in my set up which is highly reflective very high ppfd
Everything is white. White floors, white walls, white ceiling. Its a 10x16 area and i have 2 rows that are 4x16 the other 2 feet is a walkway down the middle. How about 18 inches above the canopy with the lens. Or how about a mixture of lens and no lens.

I have no experience running 3070s or any COB at 1400ma so any advice I give is speculative at best.

Is the 15 inches due to height restrictions? Are you growing in a tent or enclosed grow space? Are we talking "tree" canopy or SOG/SCROG canopy?

If it were me I would be tempted to build the fixture without lenses for the sake of expediance since you are having trouble sourcing the lenses at the moment. You always have the option of adding them in future. Perhaps for now build your luminarie and adjust your intensity/coverage with distance to the canopy.

Sorry that I could not be more helpful. I am sure someone here with more experience running their setup like you intend to will chime in with much more sound advice.

Cheers,
Will
I have a 10x16 enclosed space pretty much like a tent. Im running 2 rows that are 4x16 and theres going to be a 2x16 walking area in the middle. My height limitations are about 8 ft. I grow my plants in 36 inch tomato cages. I already bought the kb120° lens and im not using the ideal holders. The ceiling, walls, and floor is white.

How tall?

Well i was planning on running big ass 4 foot wide and about 5 to 6 foot tall plants on 1 side of the room and was going to run 2 rows of 2foot wide plants that will be about 4 foot tall on the other side so i can compare weight and canopy penetration. I have been using several different brands and setups of led diode lights from different companies but they dont have the penetratuon that i want.

Me, I'd need some two 80 deg glass lenses but Jerry doesn't want to sell without more stuff in the order :)
I can't find any vendor in Europe who has them...

I have had a good look and this is the best I could find for small orders. $30 for two shipped to España. There may be VAT or import duty but the value is small so it would not be much. They say that 80,90 and 120 degree available.

Will, I am buying often from China (ebay, etc.) but right now something is seriously off if you have something "cheaply" mailed, aka China registered "air" mail. I have two non-related orders coming from Shenzhen, waiting for them FOR TWO MONTHS now. So if I could I'd want to avoid buying from China. Anyway, thanks, maybe I'd buy from them anyway since the lenses would not be "urgent", but the current wait with China mail is just hideous.

i got a several things from china without problems....apart from the wait - 3wk-4wk average, could be they don't like Spain ?, but i don't use registered mail, i think it attracts customs folk to start nosing about the packages causing more delay.
