The ladies are looking sexy. Building a nice coat of trichomes and getting thick, yeah I like my ladies with that thickness! They seem to be loving life in the Summit Grow Lab. And while I'm at it I'll post a pick of some Afterlife and a GDP cross grown with the beneficials in Recharge.

These all look really incredible! Are you done with the ones that you used your Hortilux Super HPS throughout the grow? If so, can you either post pics or direct me to pics of them? I am considering getting a Hortilux Super HPS and would like to get a good idea of what to expect if I do get and use one.

Thanks in advance.

I still have some plants finishing up under the HPS. I honestly haven't noticed that much of a difference in quality so far, maybe my plants will have additional weight, I'm just not sure right now. I will get you some pics tonight. I have to hold out for final numbers and overall quality before I give a thumbs up/down on the Hortilux.

Ok cool. I will be waiting and watching for them. My hope is that your Hortilux will outperform a standard HPS, which I am sure that it will.

Here are a few pictures from the HPS tent. First is a few tops that are drying. I do a wet trim because of the high humidity here. And the others are a look at the entire grow and an individual bud of Exodus Cheese. It's all very dank. Sorry about the shitty HPS lighting. Enjoy

Hey all.... just sharing... Been a very busy year for me and inside has been packed and on a tight schedule. Finding room to squeeze in the Heisenberg just hasn't happened so I took one outside. I hated sitting back and looking at everyone elses. Did a bit of LST on it and have it sitting in the middle of the vegi/flower garden, so don't hate me for the pictures with extra plants around. I will try to get pictures up every week or so, but so far I am impressed with the way the strain has started. It took fairly well to the LST but time will really tell.

I will try to get a better shot sometime this weekend to show it at the 3 week mark and then try to get a decent shot each week. Will get others going inside later this year when my next runs clear out. This is a very first for me, have not done Autos before and looking forward to seeing what this one turns out like. Have a couple of patients interested in trying this strain out and I am interested in what others here think about the strain and the smoke. Thanks @George Seeds and @Jack Vault for being patient and giving me the chance at this!

Ok, well at 22 days, the LST did ok..I didnt have the guts to do what @bertaluchi did and supercrop..Since I have not done an auto yet, this is the first, I didnt want to mess it up and let Jack and George down because I sucked at supercropping.. ;)

Will try to get a but more later this week as I dont want to bore everyone with multiple pics that arent bud porn..

It is starting to show so the pics in a couple of weeks should be good ones. It is coming up fast, nice to watch this grow out.

Once the tops really start to show I will get a count. Plan to tuck some leaves to open up the sites, which seems like it will be 6 to 8.. will let you know how many for sure in next post.

Just so everyone knows...
Outdoor
Just one plant for now
Soil is mix of peat, compost and ocean forest
no nutes as of yet, will watch to see what it might need as others have said it uses a bit of calmag? is that right folks?

Comments, good or bad are welcome as always...

Plants look awesome! 22 days in? No nutes, just water? Wow, I feel like I got ripped off; maybe I shouldn't use nutes. The color of your plant is beautiful. Really vibrant and healthy looking. Oh, and no chance could you do any worse at this project then me; not a challenge, it's a fact. My H.S. project was probably the worst yet in my history. I'm all set for the next comparative grow if The Vault lets me participate. But dude/dudette, no chance could you do any worse at this than me.

Thanks... Hey we all live and learn.. This is my very first auto so taking it easy and not over thinking or over trying it, except for the LST.. As for no nutes, nope none yet..the compost has enough going for it plus there is about 30% Ocean Forest in the mix which helps... been watching it to make sure there is no need to add anything yet, may hit it with a bit of calmag if I see the need, but so far its doing ok so not planning to add a thing... This is actually making me re-think autos... was going to do them once before, but stuck with photos since it is what I was used to and knew the strains I liked. Reading through the thread some are saying it is a good smoke, so that with the way it is growing is convincing me to take a second look at autos for sure, plus the selection in Auto has grown a lot.

Of course you're invited bro! :)

And regards no nutes - some soils come with nutes added in them - maybe that's the secret - just my thoughts :)

Yeah, I have a real bad tendency to overthink my grows, which is why my H.S. was a catastrophic failure. Now I know what not to do. I'm the type that makes the same mistake over and over again just to confirm that it is the wrong thing to do...LOL! You are right, "Live and learn." My wife has a project going right now that is a auto in "raised bed soil" mixed with compost and gypsum. She is planning on using just molasses water throughout. I have some others going too that I am using Dutch Pro nutes and we were planning on comparing results just to see if these nutes were worth it or not. Again, based on your pics, I still feel ripped off though.

I am by no means a seasoned grower, but I had tremendous luck with an Alien x Triangle auto. That grow alone was enough to convince me that autos were the way to go for me. I'm not sure if this is characteristic of all autos or just that strain, but I abused the Hell out of it and it still continued to grow like mad. I pulled 3.5 oz of just bud alone from that one plant. It loved LST, topping, fimming and I actually torched it with the light, accidentally, and it still came back with a vengeance; not to mention snapping the main stalk, again accidentally, toward the top of the plant. If you are serious about trying more autos, The Vault has a "top shelf" auto list that looks awesome.

Yeah, I totally screwed up that H.S. project and felt that you didn't want to waste anymore seeds on me. Since then, a lot of things have changed. I sold my Tron and converted to HID. My wife, I guess, got tired of listening to me complain about the problems I was having so she got me a light system for my birthday so I sold The Tron. I am experimenting with my HID system so as to prepare for the next comparative grow project.
