Hi, plants will be going into the 7th week of flower on friday.

As this is my first grow, I'm not sure if this is ready or not?

I got plants mixed up so not sure if its pineapple chunk or blue cheese :( so frustrating

No. Not ready. About 10-14 days.

What make you say they are done? They still have plenty of white pistils, no amber, and the calyxes have not swelled.

If the op chops now they will miss out on weight.

Very few strains are done in eight weeks let alone seven.
Thanks for your reply. I am feeding goliath untill friday, its a late mass builder used in week 6 & 7, would it be too late to harvest if i gave a 2 week flush after that?. that would be approx 20 days?

Sorry. Viewing from my phone and couldn't see any white pistils

i agree, mostly, maybe i'm just crazy, but i do like to do a mini flush. when i think they have one week left i give them one good last watering with plain ph'ed water, then nothing till the chop. my logic is that by that point, they aren't going to benefit from any more nutes, but they still have some in their system. if i give them a good drink they can maybe use up what little they have left in a last spurt of resin and terpine production. not really expecting it to make them taste better or burn cleaner, just hoping for that little extra something. not sure if it actually works that way, but it doesn't seem to hurt.
But the true way to good tasting stinky buds is the dry/cure process, figure that out and you're golden.

it smells like it too but ive been told pineapple can take over 9 weeks!
Like I said very few strains are done in 8-9 weeks. The more sativa the longer the flowering time.

You would probably freak at 16 week strains. Some will flower for over 20 weeks.
