I told Buck I didn't have the right to vote and he tried calling BS. I was being very specific to myself. In my state, I personally, do not have the right to vote. Since I was only referring to myself, and my specific rights, I left out all other exceptions.

I told Buck I didn't have the right to vote and he tried calling BS. I was being very specific to myself. In my state, I personally, do not have the right to vote. Since I was only referring to myself, and my specific rights, I left out all other exceptions.

In my case, UncleBuck is correct. When I was on Felony probation in California, I voted just the same as I always have. I think the laws against Felons voting are for certain Felonies only.

My dude told me I can't vote while on probation. That's all I really know. The funny part is, I'm a mail-in voter. They still send me my ballot. I'm not sure how or how well they track any of it. I think if I was on some kind of list then my mail-in ballot wouldn't come to me. I still have my primaries ballot sitting here next to me. I'm not sure what would have happened if I had sent it in.

I am a registered third party felon who is not allowed to vote at this time.

The more Buck refuses to "buy it", and those who follow his lead, the more I laugh.

If they send you a ballot, then you can vote. I believe that the law forbids "violent" Felons from voting. So vote Yes on Prop 64!
