Does length of branch matter for (sativa) clone?

Yes i have run 100% sativa and done this its fine dude,Don't make no difference the genetic line cloning is cloning
I don't know why but my experience has been totally different. Either my strain from seeds of 20 yrs ago is practically incapable of being cloned or I am not doing something you cloners of pure Sativa are doing.

Specifically, how are you cloning pure sativa?? From where is the Cuts taken? Medium, hrs of dark/ light, temp, humidity, nutes if any??? Any other thing special over Indica or hybrids?

If you can get ahold of some of Getawaymountain's Seaweed juice, you can clone anything using just rapid rooters. I have almost 100% success.

Have you considered changing your cloning method?
KrB,

Not only, but I have used (cuttings from the same 100% sativa plant 8 weeks into veg and longer) Aero, perlite, perlite/vermiculite, Coco, Sphagnum, Purified soil, purified synthetic media, DWC, plain water, air layer. Just about every trick in the books. Air layer gave me my only roots, but too puny a branch to survive.

So, yes. Also Rootone, Clonex, willow tree tea I made myself, and honey.

I don't have any other pure sativa plants from seeds other than my 20yr old seed that I rooted and got to 6 ft, taking cuttings as soon as possible and for several months afterwards thru flower and gender displayed, from the very top of plant to the last branch on the bottom from at least a half dozen of these sister and brother plants. Still no luck.

Soon I will have a Sativa from new seeds (DP, Malawi Gold, and others) from a variety of sources to see if they might be more cloneable, presuming for this experiment that it might be the strain of Sativa I was using from 20 yr old seeds.

Won't know for several more months if that's the cause (and the cure).
