I've put this off for too long. Can anyone help with these problems?

As you can see below my plants not looking so good, but the yellow light makes it look worse than it is.
I can't identify any deficiencies/excesses. The pistils are still very green and there are very little red ones. I am 12 weeks since 12/12. Not very frosty. I switched it to 10/14 a couple days ago
There have been light indiscretions though... First I bumped my timer giving it a few hours more light for a few days, that was like 2 months ago. Then needed to take a picture a few weeks so when fucking with the timer to keep the light on I accidentally left it on for 24hr for another day or two. Then lastly about a week ago I tried giving it 13 hours of dark but I was an idiot again and gave it 13hrs of light for another day or two.

So needless to say she is probably pissed at me.
CFL's in coco. There's a good amount of light burn as the plant got wider.
General Hydro. about .5ml of Gro, 1ml of Flora Micro, 1.5ish of Bloom, and about .5mlof CalMag.
Temps haven't gotten over 85 in a while.
The bud I have sampled is pretty low potency as you can imagine. I'm hoping the latest shift to 10/14 will give it what it needs to start ripening but I could use some input.

are you giving nutrients every watering? if so it's probably too much. it looks like over fertilized. does your soil nutrients in it already when new? if so, then you're really over ferting. also you probably should use bigger pots to grow plants that size, like a large tote.

Right off the bat ..... CALMAG needed. Lockout is evident.
Light schedule screw up did the most to her ... Sounds like you put her thru 3 or 4 different ones and now 10/14. Stop changing schedule.

Leaves look like REVEG , plus the light burn. AND brown tips.
She will most likely stayed like this ...

BUT i would clip the ratty looking leaves at least so it doesnt spend energy on trying to repair. Flush the bitch at PH 6.5 ( tap is fine once ph is at level ). To clear nute buildup and salt.

Let her go dry BEFORE next feeding .... Bump Calmag to at least 1 tsp per gallon water
( PH 6.5 ) , Bloom only 1/2 strength , micro.

I'm feeding every other watering. Growing in Coco. And yeah I'm using a 3 gallon but really should have sprung for the 5

So if she is going back into veg is there much hope to bring the potency up or should I just chop?
Also what gives it away it is re-vegging? I've tried to look that up before but couldn't find anything.

Damn, that would explain a lot. It looks like she was having deficiencies and nute burn at the same time so I was like:confused:
its basically ph off causing multiple lockouts/defs

Ideally you need to go to the manufacturers website for whateverbrand of nutes you are using and download the correct feed chart, then correct the ph and follow the chart etc

I realise the chart below may not be the correct one for you etc, just to give you an example
