How many watts of T5 would be enough to keep 4 plants healthy and alive, but also keep them from growing too much at the same time? This would be in a 3x3 tent. Thanks!

On the flip side, would a 2ft 8 bulb HO (using 6500k bulbs) promote good veg growth? I'm working on setting up a veg. tent separate from my flowering tent, and just trying to mentally work through what needs to be done to help promote good growth, but at the same time keep it in check so it doesn't overgrow the veg. tent while waiting on the flowering tent.

Yes, I use a 4 ft 8 bulb (430 watts) in a 3 by 6 area works great
