yes, they sure look like cannabis seeds to me..
and i agree with dia, your plant looks to be sativa dom, and i don't see any signs of a hermie, just that your male pollinated her and she's growing seeds..
there's no evidence that seeded bud is any less potent than sensi, unseeded bud, so i'd just let her do her thing for as long as you can.. like dia said, sativa dom's can take upwards of 10 plus weeks, and it looks like it's been flowering for about 2 or 3 weeks'ish now, so you've got a good 7 plus weeks to go on her..
