I've had good success in the past with just foliage pro alone, from seed to harvest.

All the better reason to use EC as a reference and not Ppm.
Heard someone saying that in one of those Homebrewer posts. Guess when my bottle end up I will look after foliage pro and try it

I see your point. First I mix pro tekt and it brings the ph to 6.9 -7.1 them I mix the grow formula and brings back to 5.9 - 6.2

the ph of my Ro water starts on 6

In the beggining I always measure the runnof and is always 6.7 rock steady. Probably because of sunshine mix.
you should always mix your nutes in first then adjust ph

Remember @CornerStone most of these people on this site don't have a pot to piss in but still giving out advice like they're sure of what they're speaking about, with that being said take everything you hear on this site with a grain of salt....YouTube @Enigmatic Ways

How much in ppm would be that? I just measure nutes with ppm, dont use ml per gallon.
Babies in good soil do not need nutes for a while just good water.

Don't hit em with super hot light - never in HIDs. T5s or T8s.

Some hippy Grateful Dead guy taught me you could use HIDs on babies. Total stoner idiocy. Makes me dislike the lame Dead even more.

Foliage Pro, Bloom (given @ 50/50 mixed w/ FP), ProTekt. Mykos with every transplant, ffof and pearlite in 5gal smart pots. Turned out really nice. Im running H&G soil base with some other stuff this time just to try something new, although I still use the protekt. Good stuff.

The on bagseed hearmied really bad so I kept it in anoter room under t5's. Same nutes and all though. This thing was a beast with 13 main colas. Smelled like straight up bubblegum. Wish I still had a picture of the whole thing.

Isn't environmental control THE most important thing in a grow op? What happened during one of your tests again? Temps dipped down into the 40s which screwed up your grow?

We can probably agree that no one is perfect here ;).
Nice to have you here Homebrewer!

So when you start giving nutes to your plants? Before that what you do? Just Ro water? Ro and tap? Like a said Im pretty sure I got something funky in my tap water, I live in Rio De Janeiro and the water treatment around here sucks! They dont even provide any information of whats in it. Do you think just Ro water on the first 3 weeks ok? Im using sunshine mix with perlite 70/30
