After getting my order delayed #165095 due to Sour Kush not being in stock, I finally receive my DVD stealth package that was crush in the mail. I order from two different seed banks. BC Bud depot and Gorilla seeds. I receive my order from BC bud immediately and out of 20 seeds, 18 out of 20 germinated. I was extremely disappointed with the germination results on Gorilla. I order 10 regular Marionberry kush seeds and only 3 out of 10 germinated. I am hoping that I have at least one female so that this entire order wasn't a complete waste of time and money. I receive 6 feminize Sour Kush and "ZERO" of them germinated. I received a few freebies and auto flowers and only 1 free seed germinated "Bud Bud Bling Tingz." I don't think I will be using Gorilla again. Comparing results in germination to the other seed bank I used, Gorilla has been quite a let down for my first time experience with them.

If you'd like me to look into anything, you'll need to PM me your order number, but I'll make a few comments anyway.
1. I don't know where you're located, but I believe BC Bud Depot is located in Canada, so if you received them immediately, I'm going to assume you're also in Canada? Our packages have to go through customs once they leave the UK, so that is going to take awhile longer. Canadian shipments going to the US also have to go through customs, but they may be expedited due to the trade agreement. I really don't know, but that could account for any time difference.
2. I'm sorry the packaging was crushed in the mail. However, it sounds like you didn't see any damage to the seeds. By the way, disclosing packaging messages is always received with enthusiasm on the forums.
3. We are resellers, as you probably figured out when you had to wait for us to restock the Sour Kush. That's because we keep our stock levels low to try to ensure our customers get the freshest seeds possible.
4. We can not guarantee germination without breaking UK law. That disclaimer is all over our website and in the terms & conditions that you have to agree to before your order can be completed, and it's all over the forums. We will replace damaged seeds when the damage is reported in a timely manner and the customer provides proof, usually in the form of pictures.
Again, I'm very sorry, and I hope the ones that worked for you more than make up for the loss.
