How much calcium and magnesium is there in General Organics Calmag?

I just can't seem to find how much calcium and magnesium is there in General Organics Calmag product.

I only have Canna Mono Calcium and Canna Mono Magnesium locally and I'm trying to figure out how much each of both should be used to replace General Organics Calmag.

From Canna homepage I can clearly see what they contain.
Mono Calcium: ''This mineral fertiliser contains 15% calcium''
Mono Magnesium: ''This mineral fertiliser contains 7% MgO and 14% SO3."

How do I replace for example 10ml of General Organics Calmag with Canna products? How do you do it?

Please help me out with this. Try not to go off-topic.

Should it be 5ml of calcium and 5ml of magnesium or should it be 10ml of both?

I want to get same PPM with Canna Mono calcium and magnesium as which I'd get with General Organics Calmag.

I stopped counting ca:mg against my EC/PPM.

But here is the ratio of cali magic
Nitrogen (N) 1.0%
Calcium (Ca) 5.0%
Magnesium (mg) 1.5%
Iron (Fe) 0.1%

I know this is an old thread but upon looking at it myself the reason why the ratio of calcium to magnesium is so low in this product is because the bio thrive grow or bio thrive bloom both contain added magnesium when you use those products together than the ratios are closer to optimal
