There are plenty of pictures of the gun with the suspects fingerprints on it.

He was sitting in a car rolling a joint (which btw was why the police were called) with a loaded handgun.

Now, you can believe what one biased woman says or you can believe that while arriving on the scene the cops definitely thought he had a gun because they clearly were shouting at him to drop the weapon multiple times. The guy gets out of the car with something in his hand and starts wandering around.

A person with a TBI probably shouldnt be armed with a handgun doing illegal drugs in public... And if he is he damn sure better drop the weapon/book/whaeverelse he has in his hands.

Again, it was his ACTIONS that got him shot, not the color of his skin.

They also said and I do quote..fingerprints AND DNA matches. Impossible to get a DNA profile in a week.

That's not why the police were called..they were serving a warrant to someone else.

I'm going to agree with Buck on this..you don't have the correct information.

Sweetheart... If he was holding the gun and his fingerprints are on it, that means his DNA is on it. Now, they dont have the lab proof of that but honestly, this is just common logic.

This isnt a who done it.

It really doesnt matter why the cops were there, the reality is that the guy was committing a crime in public and when approached would not drop the handgun he had on him.

The only other option is that for some reason a half dozen police officers just decided to conspire to murder a black man somehow all doing it spontaneously in an incident that lasted less than 2 minutes.

You choose to believe the latter and I shake my head at the lack of logic and common sense that used to exist in America.
