how long should i veg for?

i need to know how long until they are mature enough to flower and when i should lower the time to 12 /12 and how slow do i lower it to 12/12

When your plant is about 12 to 18 inches tall it will at least double even triple in size.

There is no gradual change it is immediate from 18/6 (or 24/0) to 12/12

I usually judge maturity by the the growth of the branches off the main stem. During veg the branches grow parallel to each other. When mature the branches start growing in an alternating pattern.

awesome thanks yeah my plants are are both a foot tall and does it matter on nodes how big they are cuz not all my nodes are that big

they've shown that a while ago and that's kinda what i thought you meant just wasn't to sure but thanks so i should switch to 12/12 now?

i found 16 more seeds and should plant them but idk how old they are does that matter? seeds do die too right? and what is the best way to germinate them (link would be fine or peoples opinion would be better) (i like to hear peoples experiences and opinions)

i did mine in a bowl and cotton wool with a heat mat under the bowl. damp cotton wool not wet.put clear plastic over top and put in dark place
