I wonder if the Marijuana smokers of America can file an anti-trust suit against DuPont for the lies that they told to get marijuana made illegal. I'm thinking some purgury went on as well. Someone would have had to made a sworn statement that marijuana was so bad (makes white women want to have sex with black men, will make the illegal mexicans go home, etc.)
I just don't see how it can be legal to tell lies like that in order to turn a tidy profit. I would think that DuPont and the Hearst newspaper empire should be splitting their profits with every person that has ever been jailed for a pot related offense.
Anyone think it's possible? Anybody from Norml here that could answer this?
