If all you use is pro mix, worm castings, and foliage pro, you can do better.
But I'm no phd...
And bat guano at the end,But
i'm getting over half a p per plant and it is super dank, not sure i want to mess with that.
and i'm no phd, but I did smoke some dank rosin at a holiday inn express.

I recently discovered the benefits of guano. Been using an indonesian variety that's 0-7-0.
My lobelia blooms have tripled since I started guano!

So the general consensus is don't bother with molasses then?! I've been using it for the whole flowering period... It's definitely not doing any harm though. I'm now flushing with ph'ed water and just molasses, should I sack off the molasses and just go for plain water?

i've done flush and no flush and honestly can't tell a difference, but i do go weaker on the nutrients in the last week but nowhere near just plain water. i also use molasses in all of my waterings to help feed my microbes. it's funny i started using it after discussing "growing tomatoes" with my Botany professor (a PhD in Botany). strong microbes in your soil/medium help to break down nutrients into easier size digestible pieces for your plant to eat.
