I still don't know what to think. I haven't really leveled up that much. I have a Shadow Warrior at lvl 6 and a Marauder and level 7. Thusfar I have been having fun because the second I log on I queue for pvp and quest a little. When PvP pops I do my thing, and queue once it ends. It typically gives me enough time to do some quests before the next instance starts. PvP is not as technical as WoW was thusfar, but I am willing to give it a chance.
I was a semi-hardcore WoW player. Ran a guild and did way too much raiding. It was fun but looking back it was pretty lame. With Warhammer if I end up playing it, will definitely be more casual. I have no clue what the "real" content is as I have just seen the newbie areas. But I don't see myself sticking with it for more than 6 months, which might warrant not playing it at all....but I am a geek at heart and there is a different experience to be had PvPing on a mmo.
Btw their are two factions, Order and Destruction. Whoever on order can fight whoever on destruction. It is just that in the storyline, each race is directly opposing a race on the other faction.
I will say I like it better than Age of Conan. AoC had a lot going for it, but the PvP concept really fucked it up. Warhammer seems to have the PvP thing down but I really have a hard time navigating the fights, targeting the right people, etc.
I have a small problem getting overly excited about games when I am high, and tend to pre-order/download them.
Servers are down at the moment though, time for some Spore.
Can't wait for Starcraft II
