I agree. This is where im getting my ass kicked. I have been using the floramite, avid, forbid in a rotation, but when i finally stop thinking there all gone they just come back. The plants are to big to dip. I guess ill just end up scrapping it all and starting over if i cant get a handle on it soon. I dont wanna have these things plaguing my grow for seasons to come.

I have beaten spidermite many times with help from Plant vitality, spray them twice 5-7 days apart as someone else said

I have also just won a war with thrips using their naturally enemy. A predatory mite. Might be worth looking into something like ladybugs. Give them a spray or two then throw in a couple thousand bugs to finish anything left over but not straight away as the pesticide you spray will kill them too :-)

Seeing as how you're growing autos you're kind of limited. Otherwise you could spray the Avid (miticide) and Forbid
(ovacide) to kill the mites and either reveg or clone the plants and regrow everything. You can't spray flowering plants if you're going to consume them. Read the labels.
My advice is to use nothing more than soapy water to knock them off and keep the population in check until your grow is harvested. Then sterilize everything in between grows.
One more tip.....don't grow autos anymore.

I have 48 clones in the cloning machine that will be ready in 10 days to go back into the tent. The plants in the 4x12 have been in flowering for 1week besides the 1 cherrybomb auto that is about 3 weeks from finishing. Lights are all air cooled. and havnt got around to using c02 yet. I have floramite, avid, forbid 4f. I try to spray these fuckers but when i think they are gone they just keep coming back. I guess my issue is i want to be able to put these clones in the tent but i dont want to be fighting mites indefinately. I cant afford to not run them because how much of my savings i spent to get this room going. What can i do to get rid of these fuckers and not interrupt my grow?

Captain Jacks Spinosad. I have it documented in my thread. It wiped out the mites with two foliar treatments and adding to my water twice for systemic action. It is good for all leaf eating pest. I even use it in my vegetable garden.

Try the spinosad. what do you have to lose. I guarantee it to work. They wont build a tolerance to it.

I use 1 ounce of flying skull nukem and 1/4 tsp of coco wetting agent per 32 ounces of water and I use an atomizer and it works well.
