What do I need for this?

For this light to work it says I need a ballasted fluorescent fixture but what is That? Does that mean i need to buy a ballast and hook it up to a fluorescent fixture? Or can I just use any fluorescent fixture?

just screw it into a light bulb socket . it will work better if it were in a reflector .

It doesn't work in a regular socket already tried that's when I went to the box and saw what it says it requires but I'm not sure what it means exactly

Oh yeah I have the same thing I bought one like that from Walmart on sale and it said that on the box its because it requires the built in ballast sorry dude that blows..

Yeah it does fr especially cause I got 4 lol. Ok so it needs a fluorescent fixture with a built in ballast thank you!
